STEPS TO BE TAKEN BY PERSON INTERESTED IN LEASE
- PERSON INTERESTED will complete the questionnaire about mobile boiler room CONUS and send it by E-mail
- EUROCONUS will check its leasing schedule to see if it can accommodate the request of the PERSON INTERESTED
- EUROCONUS will E-mail an offer (or request rejection) to the PERSON INTERESTED within 3 to 5 days
- offer is to be valid for 15 days, for which EUROCONUS will make a guaranteed reservation of the subject boiler plant in the time schedule
- guaranteed reservation of boiler plant expires in 15 days and the PERSON INTERESTED will be informed accordingly by E-mail

if the PERSON INTERESTED does not make an agreement within 15 days (or does not at least send a purchase order), EUROCONUS will not further guarantee validity of the offer and will offer the boiler plant to other PERSONS INTERESTED
IMPORTANT NOTICE
CAPACITY OF BOILER PLANTS
the boiler plant lease is always to be contracted for specific terms based on available capacity, therefore, it is always required to state the required terms in the enquiry
ADVANCE OF PURCHASE ORDER
we recommend contracting the lease of mobile boiler plants several months in advance, or even a year ahead, as the lease is thoroughly scheduled several months or even several years in advance!!!
RENTAL PRICE
THE RENTAL PRICE IS DEPENDENT ON
the selected boiler room type and the rental period
PRICE INFORMATION
we will always provide you with a written offer based on reciept of a questionnaire about mobile boiler room CONUS inquiry, the rental price usually reaches approx. 2 000 € per month, by the largest sources it can be also approx. 15 000 € per month
RENTAL COST IS CALCULATED
from the date when boiler room was set up on its destination place - if boiler room hasn't been used for a full month, the rental cost is calculated proportionally according to the number of days in the incomplete month since the boiler room has been delivered

insurance of the subject of rental against natural threaths (excl. flood areas)
SERVISE INSPECTION
regular annual boiler room inspection, revision and service
INITIAL COMMISSIONING
the initial commissioning of the subject of rental, operator training
FAULT SERVICE
24/7 in case of fault (unnecessary visits of our technician caused by the customer are subject to a charge)
THE RENTAL FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE
BASE PREPARATION
preparation of the base for the boiler room installation
BOILER ROOM CENNECTION
installation and connection of the boiler room to individual media
OPERATION
operation of the subject of rental by an operator
OPERATING MEDIA
media necessary for operation (fuel, electrical power, GSM service for evaluation of fault of the subject of rental etc.)
BOILER ROOM TRANSPORT
transport of boiler room from the place of its actual use, eventually from other place where the boiler room is stored, to a place specified by the customer, where the boiler room will be installed as a subject to rental
LOADING AND UNLOADING OF BOILER ROOM BY CRANES
loading of boiler room by a crane or 2 cranes (according to the size of boiler room) from the place of its original location and unloading of boiler room on the place specified by customer
PROJECT DOCUMENTATION OF THE INSTALLATION OF BOILER ROOM
project documentation of the installation of boiler room is realized according to the valid norms before or during the boiler room construction, based on the local situation, and it is realized by customer at his own costs or, if both sides agreed, by renter at the costs of customer and in close cooperation with customer
ENGINEERING ACTIVITY
engineering activity is realized by customer at his own costs or, if both sides agreed, by renter at the costs of customer and in close cooperation with customer
POSSIBILITY TO PROVIDE RENTAL INCLUDING OPERATING SERVICES
We have by our partner TZB Orlova currently operates a control centre for continuous supervision of operation of thermal, gas and technological devices. These optimal conditions enable us to provide operation and servicing on the highes qualitative level, usually for lower operating costs, at the customer’s site. We are able to provide this service in case of your interest. The price depends on conditions and location of the boiler room. You can indicate your interest in operation of the rented boiler room in the questionnaire.
